Ingredients
12 Eggs2 cups Sugar1/2 cup Butter1/2 cup Olive Oil1 Tblsp Anise Seed1/4 tsp Anise Extract4 cups Flour, sifted
Directions
1. Beat eggs until foamy.
2. Add sugar, oil, and butter and mix well.
3. Add anise seed & extract.
4. Mix in flour, 1 cup at a time.
5. Put a tablespoon of batter on heated pizzelle iron and lightly brown.
6. Cool on table or rack.
