Crock Pot Pork Chops

1 lb. pork chops (4 large chops)6 small potatoes (cut into cubes)20 baby carrots (halved lengthwise and then quartered)1 med. yellow onion (chopped)6 large fresh mushrooms (chopped)1 can cream of mushroom soup1/4 c. vegetable broth2 tbs. basil1 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp. black pepper1 lb. fresh green beans (snapped into bite size pieces)
Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot, then add carrots, two of the chops, onions, and the final two chops.
Combine soup and broth, add the remaining ingredients (except for beans) and stir. Pour over chops.
Add green beans for final hour.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
