Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 T. butter1/2 large onion, diced4 carrots, chopped4 stalks of celery, chopped1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed1/8 tsp. Italian Seasoning4 C. chicken broth/stock2 C. water1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper6 oz. pasta
Directions
In large stock pot, melt butter and saute veg for 5 minutes until tender. Add chicken and Italian Seasoning and cook 5 minutes more. Add broth, water, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Add pasta and cook until noodles are al dente.
