1 box Lemon Cake Mix2 eggs1/2 c. canola oil1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Stir ingredients together. Stir in 3/4 c. white chocolate chips (optional). Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly oiled pan, about 2-inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes and remove to wire rack.
