Turkey Meatball Minestrone

Ingredients
20 Angie�s Turkey/Mushroom Meatballs2 Beefsteak Tomato roughly chopped1 Med Yellow Onion, chopped 4 cloves of Garlic1 cup cubed zucchini1 tbsp Canola Oil6 cups Chicken Broth
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and tomatoes in Canola oil over medium heat until onions are soft and translucent. Add broth, meatballs and zucchini and simmer until zucchini is tender 7-10 mins.

Season with salt and pepper to taste
