Ingredients
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 tsp Sea Salt2 Cups Almond Meal/Flour1 Cup Flaxseed meal1/2 cup Garbanzo Bean (Chickpea) flour2 tsp Baking Powder1 cup Coconut Milk4 Large Eggs separated
Directions
Mix Almond meal, Flaxseed Meal, Garbanzo Bean flour, salt, and baking powder together, mix well. Beat Egg whites until stiff. Add eggs and milk to dry mixture and mix well. Fold in the eggs whites. Oil a 13" x 9" pan and pour mixture into pan. Smooth it so it is the same thickness. Top with olive oil. Bake in 400 degree F. oven for 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
