Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce2 TB granulated splenda1 large egg1 cup molasses1 cup boiling water2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
mix thoroughly the applesauce splenda and egg. Blend in molasses and boiling water. Sift together flour,bakins soda, salt,ginger and cinnamon and stir into the molasses mixture. Pour into a srayed 9" pan bake at 300 for 45 minutes
