Ingredients:Red Lentils, Cooked, 3.5 cup Beans, pinto, 3 cupChia Seeds, 3 tbspCelery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Kale, 2 cup, chopped V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 16 oz Butternut Squash, 1.5 cup, cubes Soy Protein, Vitamin Shoppe, 2 serving Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Add seasonings as desired. I added turmeric, black pepper, parsley, oregano and a pinch of red pepper.
