Pizzelles

Ingredients
3 sticks Margarine, melted and cooled down1-1/2 Cups Sugar, 1.5 cup6 Large Eggs1 tsp Anise Extract3 cups Flour1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
Put margarine in bowl; add sugar and mix together. Add eggs, one at a time. Add anise extract, flour, and salt. Mix together. Dough will be thick.
Lightly grease grids of Pizzelle Iron.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon on each grid. Bake 40-60 seconds (or until light brown).
Carefully remove from Iron and place on cooling rack. Trim around cookies with scissors. Save cookie crumbs to use for toppings on pudding or fruit desserts.
