Lo Carb Cheese Crust with bacon Pizza

Ingredients
Ingredients:8 oz. shredded mozzarella (plus 4 oz for topping)4oz. shredded Cheddar3 eggs1 tsp garlic (powdered)1/4 Parmesan Cheese1 Tbs Oregano1 Jar Lo carb no sugar added Pizza sauce ( or sauce of your choice)3 slices bacon, crumbledassorted veggies and mushrooms

Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together 8 oz mozzarella and 4 oz cheddar with 3 eggs , Parmesan cheese, Garlic, and Oregano in a bowl and spread on a parchment lined cookie sheet .. I made it round but you can also do it squared if you choose. press down as thin as possible and Bake in oven at 400 degrees for approx 25 minutes... check often. when nicely browned remove from oven and blot with paper towel and add sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
put back in oven and melt cheese on top approx 10 minutes .. Remove and let cool a few minutes before cutting. Delicious!!!!!
Serve with a side salad : )
