Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
4 cans tomato sauce4 lbs lean ground beef3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning2 cups chopped onion4 cloves minced garlic1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
Directions
Saute onions and garlic until the onions are clear in the grapeseed oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbled. Add tomato sauce and seasoning and cook for an hour on low heat. Skim off any fat.
