Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Butter, salted, 3 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slicesPaprika, 2 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspWater, .33 cupMilk, canned, evaported, .33 cupSour Cream, .25 cup
Directions
Heat butter in a large skillet. Season chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder and paprika. Brown thighs in butter and remove. Add sliced mushrooms to pan and toss to evenly coat. Brown a few minutes then add water to deglaze pan. Add chicken back to skillet and add evaporated milk. Cover and cooked until chicken is cooked through. Stir in sour cream and serve with side of choice.
