Salmon Salad

Ingredients
yogurt (Greek plain or vanilla)lemon juice (fresh squeezed)mustard spicy brown black peppergarlic powdersalt to tastelight miracle whipsalmonceleryred onionhoney crisp apple
Directions
salad dressing:

take yogurt and stir in a bowl by itself - you must do this before adding lemon juice or it will curdle
add lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
add 2 TBS of mustard
add black pepper
add garlic powder
add salt to taste
add the light miracle whip if it is too dry and needs some (otherwise you could skip to save calories)

in another bowl add salmon
chopped celery, onion, and apple

then add salad dressing and mix....I think it tastes great with Ritz crackers or over a bed of iceberg lettuce.
