2 small onions choppedGarlic diced (2-6 cloves)2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1 lb Conecuh or other Sausage cut into small pieces2 Cans Turnip Greens2 Cans Black Eyed Peas4 cups Chicken Broth1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Thyme1 tsp PaprikaSalt Pepper
Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan, and saute the onions and garlic until soft.
Add sausage and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
