Quinoa - Casbah - 1 45g serving, Apricots, dried, 170 grams (6oz)Cranberries, dried, 57 grams (2oz)Raisins, 57 grams (2 0z)Sun Dried Tomatoes, 57 grams (2 oz)Parsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook quinoa according to instructions - cool
Chop Apricots lengthways
Chop tomatoes lengthways and then in half
Chop parsley
Combine all ingredients
