Quinoa Rice- 2 cups Frozen yellow sweet corn- 1-2 cupsBlack Beans- 1 canChicken Tenders- 8oz (depends on how many you want to feed)
First put the chicken broth in the slow cooker. Add tomato, onions, or whatever you like for flavor. Then add chicken (tenders strips are the best), set the timer for 5 hours cook time.
Get the Quinoa Rice bring it to a boil and cover, about 15 minutes. Place the frozen corn in a skillet, add the black beans, let them heat up about 10-15 minutes. Stir the rice in with the corn and beans, until mixed throughly.
Once it is well heated place it in a bowel or on a plate, then place the chicken on the top. Add a little salt and pepper for a little more flavor.
