1 Med Yellow Onion3-4 cloves garlic1 green bell pepper1 tbsp olive oil1 lbs. 93/7 ground beef1.5 cups frozen corn kernels2 cans Hunts Zesty Italian Spaghetti Sauce2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes & green chilies4 tbsp Joy's Salsa Mix2 tbsp. chili powder
Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef and continue to brown. Combine all ingredients into crockpot. Cook for 4 hrs. on low.
