Easy Paleo French toast.

Ingredients
3 Eggs3 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon3/4 cup coconut milk12 slices gluten free bread.
Directions
1. Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish. Stir in milk.
2. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
3. Cook bread slices on lightly greased(we use pure unrefined extra virgin coconut oil) nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
