Spinach Omlete ala Thomas

Ingredients
6 leaves of spinachlight sprinkle of chopped onion and cheese
Directions
Beat 2 eggs till thick dense yellow. Pour into preheated fry pan over med heat. Allow eggs to sit and cook till almost cooked through to the right side up. Flip eggs over completely flat. Allow eggs to cook another couple moments on this side. You can add spinach, cheese onion while waiting for egg to finish cooking. After your satisfied it is done enough for you, fold egg in half over ingredients an remove from fry pan onto your plate. Enjoy.
