Five-spice Chicken (stovetop)

Ingredients
24 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil1-2 Tbsp. Five-spice blend
Directions
Warm the sesame oil and half of the five-spice mix in a fry pan on medium heat. Place chicken in the fry pan. Sprinkle the rest of the five-spice on top of the chicken and cover. Keep on medium heat! Turn chicken over after about 10 minutes and cook covered for about another 10 minutes. Be sure the chicken is cooked all the way through (no pink inside!) and serve hot.
