Boston Baked Beans

Ingredients
1 pkg white beans soaked overnight in water and drained.5 kg of side pork trimmed and chopped.25 cup cooking molasses.25 cup demerara cane sugar.5 tsp sea salt.5 tsp fresh ground pepper4 tbsp salsa3 cups spring water
Directions
Layer in slow cooker, stir. Set on low and cook for 6 hours. Check every hour or so.
