Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 0.5 cup (.25 will be left in pan)
Oven 425 degrees F
put 2tsp canola oil in each of 12 muffin cups
heat muffin pan for 10 minutes
mix flour, eggs, and milk in blender
let stand while muffin pan heats
pour batter equally between muffin cups (1/2 full)
put pan back in oven
cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Serving Size: makes 12 muffin cup sized servings
