Chicken breast from rotissorie chicken- no skin or bone1-1/2 c miracle whip 3 hard boiled eggs1/2 cup of sweet relish1/4 c onion
taken chicken off bone on store bought rotissorie chicken. dice or shred. Add all other ingredients and combined until well mixed. Serve with crackers on bed of lettuce or in a sandwhich.
