Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 2 can (remove)Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 8 cup (remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup (remove)*canned jalapeno peppers, 4 tbsp (remove)Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Chili powder to taste. 1 TSP each.
Directions
Add all ingredients except chicken into a pot. Bring to boil. Add seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Chili powder) to taste. Add a little cilantro if you have it. 1 tsp each recommended. Let simmer for an hour. Cook chicken separately. Add whole chicken breasts into soup. Let simmer another hour. Remove chicken chunks and shred. Put back into the soup.... Congrats you just made the easiest tortilla soup of your life.
