Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia), cut in wedgesCelery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long), sliced*1 med yellow onion, cut in wedgesCarrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2"), sliced*Green Bell Pepper - 1 large pepper, 1 serving, cut in chunks *Morningstar Farms Bacon Strips 2 per serving, 6 serving Bacon grease, 6 tsp *Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, 1 can
Directions
Fry bacon (can use same pan for cabbage)
Set aside, pour off excess bacon grease.
Add cabbage to the grease, cover and cook down (about 15 min) stirring
Add other vegetables, cover and cook 15 min
Add Rotel, cover and cook 15 min

Serve with a sprinkle of bacon

Serving Size: Makes about a gallon. 32 half cup servings
