Bohemian Fish Bake

Ingredients
4 fish fillets (your favorite)4 medium potatoes2 tomatoes1 lasrge onion1 can green beans4 tbsp. margarinesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Start with four sheets of aluminum foil. Place 1 fillet on each. Thinly slice potatos and place one on each of the filets. Thinly slice tomatoes and place half tomato on each. Thinly slice onion and distribute on all four packets. Add margarine, salt and pepper to taste. We also add a little sprinkle of blackening seasoning for a little extra kick. Fold foil and make sure it is "sealed." You can cook on the grill (medium heat) or in the oven (350 degrees. Takes about 1 hour. Open foil (be careful of steam) and enjoy!
