Chicken chili stew

Ingredients
8 oz Skinless Chicken Breast (Optional)1.25 cups celery, chopped2 large tomato, diced1 cup baby carrots, chopped1 cup black beans2 cups kidney beans2 cloves garlic1.5-2 cups chick (or other) stock1 onion (or 1 cup)
Directions
Rinse and boil beans while you prepare everything else
Chop all other ingredients.
Toss everything in the slow cooker and cook on low over night.
