cynthia's cabbage and bean soup

Ingredients
1 46 oz can of tomato juice form concentrate (reduced sodium)1 32 oz can of diced tomatoes (reduced or low sodium)1 32 oz container of vegetable broth 3 med onions diced3 carrots sliced2 stalks of celery sliced1 can of black beans rinsed and drained (low sodium)1 13 oz can of mushroom stems and pieces drained1 10 oz bag of frozen broccoli1 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower1/2 to 3/4 head of cabbage dicedadd seasoning to tasteoptional add in bouillon, careful of the sodium
Directions
mix all ingredients in a stock pot, bring to a boil, simmer for about 90 minutes
