3 uncooked chicken breast halves, cut up into 1" cubes1 c. carrots, sliced1/2 c. onion, diced1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce1/4 c. rice vinegar1/4 c. sesame seeds1 tbsp. ground ginger3/4 tsp salt1 tsp sesame oil2 c. broccoli florets1 c. cauliflower florets
Combine all ingredients except broccoli and cauliflower in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 3-5 hours. Stir in broccoli and cauliflower and cook an additional hour.
