Ingredients
1 pouch Albacore Tuna in water2 Tbsp Flaxmeal1 Large Egg1 Tbsp Light Mayo1 Tbsp Parmasean CheeseDash Onion PowderDash Garlic Powder
Directions
Drain tuna and mash with fork. Blend all ingredients together with fork and form into 4 patties. Fry in a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray until golden brown on both sides.
