Breakfast Egg Munch

Ingredients
8 eggs1 tube Isernios Italian Chicken Sausage2-ish tbl unsweetened almond milk6 tbl red, green or yellow pepper4 large mushrooms - sliced1/2 small onion
Directions
Brown Italian sausage and vegetables
Beat eggs

Give muffin tins a quick spritz of olive oil
Pour egg mixture into muffin tin, 3/4 full
fold in sauteed sausage/vegetable mixture

Bake 15-ish minutes @ 350 in a pre-heated oven

Keeps up to 2 days - can be eaten reheated in microwave or cold
