Veggie Primavera

Ingredients
Clean and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Slice baby portobella mushrooms, dice red onion and chop 2-3 carrots.
Directions
Spray skillet with Pam and sauté onion. Add 1-2 cups water and steam broccoli, carrots and mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes. Add peas and scallions, if desired, and cook until peas are done. Toss with whole grain pasta and olive oil before serving.
