Directions
Cook quinoa as instructed on packaging.
Fry 3 eggs.

In a skillet or wok over medium to high heat place sesame seed oil in and chop onion into skillet/wok until the onions are clear.

Add cooked quinoa and frozen veggies (not snow peas) and cook for 5 minutes, add in shrimp and cook until they are pink (approx 3 min). Add in eggs (fried) and snow peas and cook for an additional 3 min. Add in soy sauce and cook for another 3 min.
