Vegan Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Bran Buds1/2 cup apple juice1/3 cup raisins1 Tablespoon ground flax in 3 Tablespoons liquid 1 cup milk1/4 cup molasses1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions
Combine cereal, juice and raisins and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Add flax ( after combined with 3 tablespoons liquid * almond milk or juice), cup almond milk. applesauce, molasses.

Stir in flour and baking soda.

Scoop 1/4 cup into paper lined (with spray if you'd like) muffin pan. Bake at 400 * for about 20 minutes. cool on wire rack
