Ingredients
1 cups diced chicken1 package of yves veggie ground beef (2 cups)1 can kidney beans (2 cups)2 cups diced white onion1 1/3 cup diced celery (3 stalks)1 package mrs dash salt free chili seasoning1 big garlic clove2.5 cups xtra spicy clamato juice2 cups frozen corn1 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
boil clamato juice with onions to soften. throw in all other ingredients and cook! add a dash of chipotle for a kick
