Bell Plantation's PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) with Chocolate, 1 tbsp Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cupSunflower Seeds, without salt, 2 Tbs groundCacoa Powder (this is not a misprint...it's cacoa and not cocoa powder)- 1 tbsp"LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil, 1 tbspSilk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cupStevia, 1 serving

Throw everything in a blender. I make mine in a 1 serving blender cup that came with my Ninja blender. This recipe makes 1 serving.
