Dairy Free Spiced Apple and Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl so that the spices, sugar and baking powder are thoroughly mixed through the plain flour. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, Alpro Coconut milk (or other milk alternative according to taste) and oil (the oil should be about 1.5 fl oz.) Mash the banana in a small bowl and then mix in to the wet mixture. Now peel and chop a small apple and add this in to the wet bowl. Lastly, stir the wet mix into the dry until mixed thoroughly. Divide between 8 muffin cases and bake at 190 C for 20 to 25 mins.
