Spicy Vegan Bean Salad

Ingredients
Goya 16 Bean soup mix - 1 16 oz bag2.5 cup chopped onions1-2 med bell pepper(s), choppedGarlic, 1 clove, crushedShelled frozen edamame, 1 16 oz bagGoya canned chipolte peppers, 4 tbspSea salt to taste (optional)
Directions
Soak goya beans as directed on package
Sautee onions, peppers & garlic in skillet 2 minutes using a couple of sprays of non-stick cooking spray
Rough chop chipolte peppers and sautee in pan, 1-2 minutes
Heat edamame per package directions
Combine in large bowl, season with sea salt (optional)
Chill 1-2 hours or overnight
