Asian Sesame Ginger Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey (or ground chicken)1/2 C Bread Crumbs (I like panko)1/3 C Onions--I use combination of green and white3 Tbl Ground/grated Ginger1 Egg2 cloves Earlic2 tsp Sesame Oil2 tsp soy sauce1/2 C mushrooms, chopped1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F

Mix all ingredients except the meat in a food processor until as minced as you want it.

Cover your cookie sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking sheet

Roll the meatballs - this amount made approx. 40 1" meatballs.

Cooking time depends on size of meatballs.
1" meatballs = 13-15 minutes, turn over and cook for another 5-7 minutes depending on how browned you want them.
