1 can black beans1 can red kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno1 12 oz box elbow macaroni (wheat)
Mix beans and tomatos together, add hot sauce if not at desired spicy-ness!
Cook macaroni until tender.

Refrigerate, or eat warm.
