WI Baked Seasoned Chicken thighs

Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray20oz chicken thighs cut into bit-sized pieces1 tablespoon olive oil1 1/2 tsps Creole Seasoning
Directions
Spray 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl toss cut up chicken thighs, olive oil and seasoning until well combined. Spread in baking pan, cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 375. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Divide in 6 to serve.
