Tomato lemon chickpea salad

Ingredients
1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper2 garlic clove, minced2 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained2 diced roma tomatoes1 tsp sugar1/2 onion diced
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, garlic, sugar and cilantro. Toss in chickpeas and tomatoes and onion, cover and allow them to marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Serve and enjoy!
