multigrain bread

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cup)Sunflower Oil, 4TbspGranulated Sugar, 8 tsp Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tbspkosher salt, 1 tbsp Multigrain Flour, Robin Hood, 1 cup, 4 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (very warm)
Directions
dissolve yeast in 2 cups of warm tap water and sugar for 10 minutes until foamy. Add in oil and salt mix well. Add the 2 cups of white flour, mix until combined, add the remaining 4 cups of multigrain flour and knead in until dough is smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and dry towel in warm place until doubled in size. Once double, punch the dough down to release air bubbles, and shape into 2oz balls for buns, or in half for bread loaves. again, place in greased pans, cover with plastic wrap and towel, until raised. bake at 350 until gold brown...about 25-35 mins. Brush tops with melted butter, and let cool completely on drying racks before bagging.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves of bread, cut into 10 slices per loaf
