Vegetable Barley Soup

Ingredients
8 cups vegetable broth1 cup uncooked barley2 large carrots, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 onion, chopped1- 14 oz diced tomatoes with juice1 zucchini, chopped3 bay leaves
Directions
In a large pot add vegetable broth, then add barley, carrots, celery and zucchini, tomatoes, onion and bay leaves.
Add all spices.
Bring to boil and then cover and simmer over med/low heat for 90 minutes.
