Three Egg Beater omelet w/onion,mushroom and bacon

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion1/3 cup canned mushrooms2 sls. of bacon or 3 sls. Oscar Myer ready made bacon cut into small pieces with kitchen scisors1 tsp. corn oil3/4 cup egg substitute1/4 tsp salt optional
Directions
Saute' onion, mushroom and bacon in corn oil until bacon is crisp over medium heat.
Meanwhile spray non stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour eggs into the pan over medium heat.
When egg starts to settle keep it loose, lower the heat. Turn the egg mixture when it settle enough to be handeled.
Pour onion,mushroom, bacon micture on the eggs. Fold in half and slide into the plate.
Good for anytime; breakfast, lunch, dinner.
