1/4 tsp coconut oil1 cup steel cup oatmeal2 T ground flax seed1 cup dried plums, chopped (or fruit of choice)1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg3.5 cups water1 cup 2% milk
Place all ingredients except vanilla in a crockpot that has been coated with coconut oil. Stir. Turn crockpot to "high" for an hour, then change setting to "warm." Leave in crockpot overnight. In the morning, stir in vanilla.
