Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut-up2 roma tomatoes3 TBLS. Culantro (if cannot find use cilantro)3 Cloves of garlic1 Yellow onion3 TBLS. Ketchup3 TBLS. Mustard.25 Brown Sugar4 TBLS. Vegtable Oil1 Habanero Pepper
Directions
Cut up chicken and season with chopped culantro, garlic, slices onion, tomato, diced habanero pepper, Ketchup and mustard. Heat oil in a deep pan when oil hot add sugar and let melt and brown in to a dark brown but not burnt. add chicken mix and stir. cooked covered until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
