Ingredients
2.5 cups of water1 TBLS. Baking Powder1.5 C. Water ***********Pinch of yeast approx. .5 tsp. Flat Pan
Directions
Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. ONLY ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A STICKY DOUGH, you may need a little less or a little more water. roll dough into 3 balls or smaller if preferred. rub a tiny bit of cooking oil on top just to stop from drying out. let dough rise for at least 10 mins. The longer you let it rise the fluffier the roti will be do not let rise more than 1 hr. or the yeast will begin to smell fermented. Roll each individual ball onto a floured surface and roll to desired thinckness (usually about 1/4 inch) and cook on "flat pan" until cooked around 3-5 mins. Use hand or wooden spoon to twist roti on pan to prevent sticking.
