Oven Roasted Carrots & Kale

Ingredients
6 medium carrots, sliced on diagonal4c kale, chopped1/2 onion, diced1T EVOO2t garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Place in a 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25mins, stirring halfway through, till carrots are soft and kale is wilted and brown in spots. Salt to taste.
