Sesame Steak

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak2 T sesame seeds1 T sesame oil2 T veggie oil4 oz mushrooms, quartered1 green bell pepper, cut into strips4 scallions, chopped diagonallyMarinade:2 tsp cornstarch2 T chinese rice wine1 T lemon juice1 T soy saucefew drops of Tabasco1 inch ginger, grated1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Cut steak into thin strips. Make the marinade, mixing the cornstarch and rice wine first, then add the rest. Stir in the steak and refridgerate 3-4 hrs. Fry sesame seeds till golden brown, set aside. Heat the oils and remove steak from marinade, preserve. Fry a few at a time till browned, remove with a slotted spoon. Add mushrooms and bell pepper, fry 2-3 min. Add scallions for 1 more min. Return steak into pan and the reserved marinade. Fry 2 min. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
